Can you use FaceGen V4 morphs on V4?

You can get the morphs across. But they’re meant for Genesis, not V4. You probably can apply them to V4 for Genesis, but since V4’s head isn’t the same shape as Genesis’, that may not get you the results you want. First you make your face in FaceGen.

Is there a way to get patches for FaceGen mods?

The patched mods are all included in The Phoenix Flavour. You can request patches for other mods (I’d just have to install them, regenerate facegen in the CK with my facegen MO2 profile, then optimise with CAO, and upload) but I make no promises. Facegen was compressed to BC7 using Cathedral Assets Optimizer v5.0.15 (latest stable release).
